Keepers Yard is a residential development in Tottenham, inspired by the area’s industrial heritage and shaped by its ongoing transformation as part of North London’s wider regeneration. The project introduces new homes, green spaces and community amenities, redefining the urban landscape around it.
We developed a full branding inspired by industrial forms and site geometry, expressed through a confident colour system and a distinctive circular marque. Supported by CGI, photography and a contemporary website, the visual identity extends across physical and digital touchpoints — from construction hoardings to online platforms — creating a cohesive, modern and recognisable presence for the development.
