Southgate is a modern student accommodation development in Birmingham, designed for focused living and contemporary student life. We developed a complete brand identity, CGI visual language, and website to reflect the structured, forward-thinking nature of the space. Using bold typography, architectural layouts and a confident colour system, the branding brings clarity and character to the building’s wayfinding and communications. The result is a strong, cohesive visual presence that speaks directly to a new generation of students — practical, aspirational, and built for modern living.
